1. General
This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is collected, used and protected when you visit the MS Color website (www.mscolormachine.com). By using the site, you accept the practices described in this policy.
2. Data We Collect
- Contact form data: identity (name) and contact (e-mail, phone) information and the message content you submit through the form.
- Cookie/analytics data: anonymized data about site usage collected only with your consent (e.g. pages visited, device and browser information, approximate location).
3. Cookies and Google Analytics
Our site uses two types of cookies:
- Essential cookies: required for the site to work (e.g. your language preference). These do not require consent.
- Analytics cookies: we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure site traffic. The Google Analytics 4 service is used solely to analyze visitor statistics, and these analytics cookies are activated only if you give explicit consent. They DO NOT RUN unless you select “Accept” in the cookie notice shown on your first visit.
You can change your preference at any time via the “Cookie Preferences” link at the bottom of the page or through your browser settings.
4. Purpose of Use
Collected data is used to answer your requests and questions, to communicate with you, to measure site performance and to improve user experience. Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Third-Party Services and International Transfer
Our site uses a hosting provider located abroad and (subject to your consent) Google Analytics (Google LLC) for analytics. As these providers are based abroad, if you give consent your data may be transferred to their servers located abroad. Providers may process data under their own privacy policies.
6. Data Security
Your personal data is protected against unauthorized access with appropriate technical and administrative measures; access is limited to authorized personnel only.
7. Data Retention
Analytics data collected via Google Analytics is retained for the retention period defined in the Google Analytics account (up to 14 months). Personal data submitted through the contact form is retained after your request is resolved, taking into account the statutory limitation periods. When the purpose of processing no longer exists, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
8. Your Rights
For your rights under KVKK Art. 11 and how to exercise them, please see our Data Protection Notice (KVKK) page.
