MasterMix Shaker is a high-performance paint shaking and mixing machine developed to homogenize small and medium volume paint packages quickly; it is also known as a paint shaker or paint agitator. Its high-frequency vibration technology distributes paint, pigment and colorant components evenly inside the can. With around 700 rpm operation, an automatic can-clamping system and a dual-verification safety algorithm, it performs controlled mixing across different package sizes and handles cans of up to 35 kg. A chrome-plated, induction-hardened screw shaft supports long service life, while covers that open with only 8 bolts shorten maintenance and service time. GyroMix is a dual-axis gyroscopic paint mixing machine, also known as a paint mixer or stirrer, developed to homogeneously mix dense, viscous and textured paint products and large-volume packages. By rotating the can on two separate axes, it distributes the product evenly inside the can and re-homogenizes components that have settled over time. Rotation speed adjusts automatically to can size and automatic package clamping allows controlled operation across different formats, while right- and left-directional mixing strengthens homogenization in high-viscosity products. Its automation reduces operator intervention and improves the repeatability of mixing operations. The machine offers a 2.8-inch color LCD screen and an adjustable run time between 0.5 and 10 minutes. MasterTint is a computer-controlled paint tinting and dosing system that adds the recipe-specified amount of colorant to a base paint. It reads the stored color recipe, automatically doses each pigment from its canister and prepares the requested color at the point of sale. Its 18-canister layout (2.4 liters each) and 0.03 ml dosing accuracy reproduce everything from light pastels to deep shades with repeatable accuracy, while dosing speeds of up to 0.8 L/min shorten waiting times at busy dealers.
