Data Protection Notice (KVKK)

1. Data Controller

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data is processed by Orenda Arge Mühendislik Yazılım ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. (“MS Color”) as the data controller, within the scope and for the purposes described below.

2. Personal Data Processed and Purposes

• Identity data (name) and contact data (e-mail, phone) together with the message content you submit through the contact form; processed to answer your requests and questions, to communicate with you and to provide our services.
• Transaction security and usage data collected via cookies during your visit (e.g. anonymized IP, device/browser information, browsing activity); processed only with your explicit consent to measure site traffic and improve user experience.

3. Transfer of Personal Data and International Transfer

Your personal data is not sold to third parties or shared for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Your data may be processed, to the extent required by the service, through a hosting provider located abroad and (if you give explicit consent) through an analytics service (Google Analytics / Google LLC).

International transfer: Since the hosting and analytics providers used are based abroad, if you give explicit consent your personal data may be transferred to these providers’ servers located abroad. Your data may also be shared with authorized public institutions within the scope of legal obligations.

4. Method of Collection and Legal Basis

Your personal data is collected electronically via the website contact form and cookies. The legal bases for processing, within the scope of KVKK Art. 5, are the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, the legitimate interest of the data controller and (for analytics cookies) your explicit consent.

5. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to learn the purpose of processing, to request correction of incomplete/incorrect data, to request erasure/destruction under the conditions set out in the KVKK, to object to a result arising against you solely from automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damages.

6. Application to the Data Controller

You may submit your requests in writing (by post/courier) to Bozburun Mahallesi Ahmet Nazif Zorlu Sanayi Sitesi 7153 Sokak No 15, Merkezefendi / Denizli, Türkiye or to info@orendaarge.com via secure electronic signature, mobile signature or the e-mail address registered in our system. Requests are concluded as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest, pursuant to KVKK Art. 13.
