Yes. The mechanical, electronic and software development of the MasterTint dispenser, GyroMix gyroscopic mixer and MasterMix shaker is carried out by MS Color. The products are manufactured, tested and made ready for use at our production facility in Denizli, Türkiye.

In addition to the domestic market, MS Color products are developed for use in international markets through paint manufacturers, distributors and dealer networks. Electrical infrastructure, language options, packaging, shipping and technical documentation can be adapted to the requirements of the target country.

The MasterTint dispenser has 18 canisters, each with a capacity of 2.4 litres. This allows different pigments to be stored in separate reservoirs and dosed automatically according to the color recipe.

Yes. The MasterTint system has a full circulation structure that regularly moves the pigments within the canisters and valve channels. This helps reduce settling and density differences caused by pigment paste remaining stationary for a long time.

The anti-drip nozzle system helps stop the pigment flow in a controlled manner after dosing is completed. This aims to reduce unnecessary pigment loss, off-recipe dripping and contamination of the work area.

The MasterTint dispenser’s software enables the calibration of the pump and pigment channels to be carried out in a controlled manner. Regular calibration helps maintain the accuracy of dosing amounts and repeatability across different color recipes.

The transferability of existing recipes depends on the recipe format, pigment system and software infrastructure used. The customer’s existing color formulas and data structure are reviewed to determine the appropriate transfer or integration method.

The MasterTint dispenser can be calibrated for different colorant paste systems with suitable technical properties. The viscosity, density, flow properties and chemical structure of the pigments to be used are evaluated to create the pump and calibration settings.

When the correct recipe, regular calibration, appropriate pigment circulation and standard operating conditions are ensured, the same color is intended to be prepared repeatably. The final color result may also be affected by the base paint, pigment properties, package amount and mixing time.

MasterTint’s digital infrastructure is developed to allow data such as recipes, calibration, pigment consumption, usage and machine status to be managed via software. The remote monitoring and cloud features to be used are configured according to the selected software package and customer needs.

The MasterMix Shaker mixes the paint can with a high-frequency shaking motion, providing fast, homogeneous mixing especially in small and medium volume packages. The GyroMix gyroscopic mixer rotates the can on two axes and in both directions; this provides stronger, more controlled mixing in large packages and dense, viscous or textured products.

MasterMix is developed for mixing small and medium volume paint packages. The minimum and maximum package sizes that can be used are determined by the selected machine model and clamping mechanism. A suitable model is recommended according to the can sizes used in your business.

MasterMix shakes the paint can with controlled, high-frequency movements to distribute the pigment, binder and other components in the paint homogeneously. Automatic clamping and safety control help keep the package stable during mixing.

GyroMix can be preferred for high-viscosity paints, dense pigmented products, textured coatings, construction chemicals, large-volume paint buckets and products where the standard shaking method may be insufficient. The dual-axis motion moves the product in different directions inside the package, increasing homogenization performance.

GyroMix works with an automatic clamping and controlled motion system suitable for different package sizes. The machine’s control structure ensures the can is fixed safely and the mixing operation is carried out according to the selected program.

Yes. The MasterTint dispenser, MasterMix Shaker and GyroMix are complementary equipment of the same paint tinting process. The dispenser doses pigments into the base paint according to the recipe; MasterMix or GyroMix then distributes the dosed pigments homogeneously within the paint.

Depending on the project and order scope, technical adaptations regarding the number of canisters, package size, control system, software integration, safety equipment and usage scenario can be evaluated. Custom production requests are planned considering technical feasibility, quantity and delivery time.

Machine installation can be carried out by the MS Color technical team or authorized service personnel according to the product model and customer needs. During installation, mechanical placement, electrical connections, software settings, calibration and function checks are completed.

Yes. As part of installation and commissioning, operators can be trained on machine use, safety rules, color recipe selection, calibration, daily checks and basic maintenance.

The scope of periodic maintenance varies by machine model. Generally, checking moving parts, inspecting fasteners, cleaning, testing sensor and safety systems, dispenser calibration and checking pigment channels are performed. Regular maintenance helps preserve machine performance and reduce unexpected downtime.

Yes. Thanks to our local manufacturing infrastructure, technical support is provided on mechanical, electronic and software matters. Spare parts, maintenance, overhaul, remote support and field service when needed can be provided. The local service structure helps reduce the long spare-part and service waiting times that can be encountered with imported machines.
