The GyroMix gyroscopic mixer and the MasterMix paint shaker operate as standalone machines: they require no computer, software installation or internet connection and are operated from the screen and buttons on the machine itself.

The MS Color MasterTint dispenser doses pigments with high accuracy, helping you reproduce the same color consistently from the same recipe.

In everyday use the two mostly mean the same thing. "Paint tinting machine" points to a single device, the dispenser that doses the pigment, while "paint tinting system" usually refers to the complete installation in which the dispenser, the mixing machine and the software managing color recipes work together. At MS Color, MasterTint handles dosing, MasterMix and GyroMix handle mixing, and the cloud software manages recipes and dealers. Together, these components form a complete paint tinting system.

Yes. The mechanical, electronic and software development of the MasterTint dispenser, GyroMix gyroscopic mixer and MasterMix shaker is carried out by MS Color. The products are manufactured, tested and made ready for use at our production facility in Denizli, Türkiye.

In addition to the domestic market, MS Color products are developed for use in international markets through paint manufacturers, distributors and dealer networks. Electrical infrastructure, language options, packaging, shipping and technical documentation can be adapted to the requirements of the target country.

Yes. Dosing does not depend on an internet connection and continues uninterrupted when offline. Once connectivity is available, usage data is automatically synced to the MS Color cloud.

Color formulas and recipes are managed centrally from a single web panel and distributed to devices with versioning, so every device in your dealer network works from the same, up-to-date recipes.

The desktop (PC) software is included with every MasterTint dispenser and provides full functionality; there is no separate license or monthly subscription. The cloud side is free of charge as well: fleet tracking, general usage analytics and statistical reports are provided at no extra cost. Only customer-specific development and customization requests are handled under a separate agreement.

The MasterTint dispenser has 18 canisters, each with a capacity of 2.4 liters. This allows different pigments to be stored in separate reservoirs and dosed automatically according to the color recipe.

Yes. The MasterTint system uses a full-circulation design that keeps the pigments moving regularly within the canisters and valve channels. This helps reduce settling and density differences caused by pigment paste remaining stationary for a long time.

The anti-drip nozzle system helps stop the pigment flow in a controlled manner after dosing is completed. This helps reduce unnecessary pigment loss, unintended dripping and contamination of the work area.

Partly. Calibration is carried out through the MasterTint software and part of the process runs automatically, though it is not entirely unattended. Within this structure the pump and pigment channels are calibrated in a controlled manner. Regular calibration helps maintain dosing accuracy and repeatability across different color recipes.

Whether existing recipes can be transferred depends on the recipe format, pigment system and software infrastructure in use. The customer’s existing color formulas and data structure are reviewed to determine the appropriate transfer or integration method.

The MasterTint dispenser can be calibrated for different colorant paste systems with suitable technical properties. The viscosity, density, flow properties and chemical structure of the pigments to be used are evaluated to determine the appropriate pump and calibration settings.

Given the correct recipe, regular calibration, appropriate pigment circulation and standard operating conditions, the system is designed to support repeatable preparation of the same color. The final color result may also be affected by the base paint, pigment properties, package amount and mixing time.

MasterTint’s digital infrastructure is built to let data such as recipes, calibration, pigment consumption, usage and machine status be managed through software. How remote monitoring and cloud features are set up is configured according to customer needs. GyroMix and MasterMix are standalone machines: because they need no computer or internet connection, they fall outside the scope of remote monitoring.

No. Both machines operate as standalone units. Mixing time can be set between 0.5 and 10 minutes using the 2.8-inch color LCD and the controls on the machine. Everything else is automatic: you simply place the can in the machine and the required clamping is performed for you.

The MasterMix Shaker mixes the paint can with a high-frequency shaking motion, providing fast, even mixing especially in small- and medium-sized containers. The GyroMix gyroscopic mixer rotates the can on two axes and in both directions; this provides stronger, more controlled mixing in large packages and dense, viscous or textured products.

MasterMix is designed for mixing small- and medium-sized paint containers. The minimum and maximum package sizes that can be used are determined by the selected machine model and clamping mechanism. A suitable model is recommended according to the can sizes used in your business.

MasterMix shakes the paint can with controlled, high-frequency movements to distribute the pigment, binder and other components evenly throughout the paint. Automatic clamping and safety control help keep the package stable during mixing.

GyroMix can be preferred for high-viscosity paints, highly pigmented products, textured coatings, construction chemicals, large-volume paint buckets and products where the standard shaking method may be insufficient. The dual-axis motion moves the product in different directions inside the package, increasing homogenization performance.

Yes. GyroMix adjusts clamping force automatically for different container sizes, and rotation speed is set according to the bucket size. The machine’s control system keeps the can secured safely and runs the mixing operation according to the selected program.

Yes. The MasterTint dispenser, MasterMix Shaker and GyroMix are complementary pieces of equipment in the same paint tinting process. The dispenser doses pigments into the base paint according to the recipe; MasterMix or GyroMix then distributes the dosed pigments homogeneously within the paint.

Training is provided according to the scope of the project. During installation and commissioning, operators are trained on machine use, safety rules, color recipe selection, calibration, daily checks and basic maintenance. The scope and duration of the training are agreed at the quotation stage.

The scope of periodic maintenance varies by machine model. It generally includes checking moving parts and fasteners, cleaning, testing sensors and safety systems, calibrating the dispenser, and inspecting pigment channels. Yes. Thanks to our local manufacturing infrastructure, technical support is provided on mechanical, electronic and software matters. Spare parts, maintenance, overhaul, remote support and field service when needed can be provided. The local service structure helps reduce the long spare-part and service waiting times that can be encountered with imported machines.

The warranty period and scope are determined by the selected product model, technical configuration, usage conditions and sales contract. The warranty coverage, periodic maintenance requirements and user responsibilities are clearly stated in the quotation and contract documents.
