MasterTint is a computer-controlled paint tinting and precision dosing system developed to add the amount of pigment or colorant paste specified in the recipe into base paint. Reading the stored color recipe, it automatically doses each pigment from its canister and enables the customer’s desired color to be prepared at the point of sale.
With 18 canisters (2.4 L each) and 0.03 ml dosing accuracy, it reproduces a wide range, from light pastels to deep tones, with repeatable precision. A dosing speed of up to 0.8 L/min reduces waiting time at busy dealers.
The piston volumetric pump, ball valve, direct nozzle and active recirculation architecture combine precision, dosing speed, ease of maintenance and low operating cost. The piston pump transfers the pigment amount in a controlled way, while the ball valve helps quickly stop the flow at the end of dosing and reduce dripping.
Direct nozzle and no-purge design: traditional tube-nozzle systems can suffer from pigment buildup, clogging and cleaning needs. MasterTint’s direct nozzle architecture lets the pigment travel from the pump outlet over a shorter, controlled path. This reduces unnecessary colorant consumption, lowers daily operating cost, limits nozzle-cleaning operations and reduces the risk of buildup and clogging.
Active recirculation system: when pigment pastes remain stationary for a long time, settling or density differences can occur. The active recirculation system keeps the colorant inside the canister moving at intervals, helping preserve the pigment structure and the continuity of dosing performance.
MasterTint is offline-first: dosing continues without interruption even without an internet connection. When connectivity returns, data is automatically synced to the MS Color cloud. Manage device usage, color formulas and your dealer network from a single web panel, with no third-party app and no monthly subscription. Cloud support is part of the product.
A local and digital alternative to imported systems: MS Color dispenser is a strong alternative to imported paint tinting machines with local design, fast service, local spare parts, custom software development and a competitive investment cost. Developing the mechanics, electronics and software with the same team makes it easy to respond quickly to field needs and adapt the product to different paint systems.
